The 29-year-old's time on the team comes to an end after over two years.
Vitality have announced the departure of Richard "shox"Papillon from their roster, bringing an end to his lengthy tenure as a part of the team during which he won a handful of notable events, including EPICENTER 2019, IEM Beijing 2020 Europe, BLAST Premier Fall 2020, and IEM Winter 2021.
This comes as a surprise, as Shox was one of the main players when Vitality was created years ago.
With Liquid announcing that Michael "Grim" Wince, Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, and Jake "Stewie2K" Yip are no longer on their starting lineup as of Tuesday and shox's departure from Vitality now being formalized, further announcements can be expected to follow in the near future.
